Apple Vs Samsung

Is that case something right? Or is just a try to cut down another company?

That´s something subjective, "copy" a design as generic like the Iphone´s or Ipad´s design. If we take Apple´s point as true, basically all the companies will be demanding each other, even washing machines or scissors manufacturers.

Cellphones always been rectangular, and obviously when the cellphones start to use tactile screens and without a keyboard, is not a surprise that the rectangular design remains.

Is not something create by Apple Inc. I just can´t imagine that manufacture a rectangular screen be a "copy", I cant imagine Ford demanding another manufacturer cars companies by "copy the T model and use gasoline motors", or Gibson demanding to who made two horned guitars.

The problem, in my own opinion, is that Apple Inc have been lost "her" smart phones market. Well, almost 90% of the components that been used in the original Iphone have been not created by Apple. Just take things and create a few. So, is false that in the technology universe, where no one creates 100% of something, Apple wants to take a "legal" monopoly to herself.

In the electronic market ALL have something to pay to ALL, we cannot take 200 components created by another persons, like transistors, manufacture methods, cameras, batteries, put it under a generic design and say "Thats my creation".

But, really is not that the Apple trouble, if the design or the "similar" interface is the trouble, why Apple dont demand the big number of unknown companies that copy the Iphone?

Apples just can´t recover the market that actually is dominated by Samsung, and cannot accept that Android is more popular than Ios.

Apple have been contribute to the technology industry but that always have been fall in the wrong idea of say "We are the owners of the technology industry".

The only thing that Apple have been really created is sell the same thing that another companies sell, but paint a Apple in the back and up the price.

If Apple wins, I thing that the another companies will start to design smartphones like that one:
